Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margerine, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all puropse flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large spoon fulls honey
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. in large bowl with mixture at medium speed beat butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until fluffy. combine flour, baking powder and salt; at low speed, beat flour mixture. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing about 1/2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minuts until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. This recipe is completely flexible; you can add toppings before you bake by putting a thumb print in the cookie and adding a teaspoon of jam or nuts or anything you want. make all different shapes!
