Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham craker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
3 tbl peanut butter
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 (250 gram) cream cheese
1/2 cup chocolate sundae topping
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tbl vanilla
1 lg tub cool whip
1/2 cup butterscotch sundae topping
Preparation
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Save 1 cup. Line 9X13 pan with the rest of mixture. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Beat eggs. Set aside. Cream sugar, cream cheese and peanut butter. Beat in eggs, add vanilla, fold in cool whip. Put in pan. Drizzle chocolate and butterscotch topping on the top. Run knife thru filling to give a marble effect. Top with remaining crumbs and freeze. Serve frozen
