Ingredients
4 to 6 split boneless chicken breasts, skinned.
2 tablespoons curry.
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper(less if prefer less heat).
2 12 ounce bottles pale ale (your favorite).
Sea salt (to taste)
Ground pepper (to taste).
Enough water to cover the chicken.
Paprika.
Watercress (as garnish).
Preparation
Combine spices and beer in a deep sauce pan and bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low. Immerse chicken and add water to cover. Simmer chicken to well done. Grill chicken just for grill marks,serve sprinkled with paprika, and garnish with watercress.
