Okay…here is the soaking mixture. Cilantro, onions, garlic tons of it..olive oil,lime freshiee, bell peppers red,yellow and orange if you can find it,Adds the fun of color…. Salt/Pepper.. also add any other type of seasoning that is to your liking. Use a soup stock pot to house the mixture and you have to use the lid to keep the flavors in. I allow the chickens to come to almost room temp and then turn the chickens twice a day then stick the chickens back into the fridge. I do this for 3 days before it goes on the grill. Yum..Yum…You will smell the melding of the flavors just soaking into the chicken. Baby..Baby……..
