Ingredients

1 12 oz beer (Budweiser works well)

1 Roasting chicken (neck & giblets removed)

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt & Pepper

Other seasoning optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Pour out/drink half of beer

  3. Place the over the beer can so that it standing upright.

  4. Rub chicken all over with olive oil.

  5. Salt & Pepper/Season to taste

  6. Place in oven, until internal temp reaches 180
