Ingredients
1 cup Jack Daniels bourbon or ½ J.D. and ½ Wild Turkey
½ cup Olive Oil in pan
1 bunch parsley
1 cup diced red onion
2 Tbsp. Worcheshire sauce
1 (8.5oz.) whole grain Dijon mustard
honey mustard or honey to taste (careful! 1 Tblsp. not too sweet!)
butcher grind pepper
1 tblp. Crushed garlic
Salmon
Preparation
Marinate Salmon for up to 2 hours. Grill and baste with marinade, or broil for 12-20 minutes.
