Ingredients
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
Marinade:
1 bottle of light beer
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 T. minced garlic
1 T. dried oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Tzatziki-style sauce:
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 T. lemon juice
1 med. cucumber, peeled & diced
1 t. dried oregano
1/8 t. ground fresh black pepper
Salt to taste
6 pita breads
Olive oil
Garlic salt

Preparation
Place chicken and next 7 ingredients in a large zip-lock plastic bag. Shake lightly to mix, refrigerate 2 hours to overnight. Mix the next 7 ingredients in a small bowl, refrigerate.
Brush pitas with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt. Place pitas on grill, cook until lightly browned, about 1 minute each side, put in foil and keep warm. Thread chicken strips onto skewers. Spray grill or grill pan with cooking spray. Cook chicken until done, about 15 minutes.
Serve chicken with warm pitas and sauce. Optional: Garnish with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes & greek olives.
