Ingredients

8 oz. Brown Sugar

3 oz. Salt, coarse

2 oz. Paprika

1 1/2 oz. Cayenne

1 1/2 oz. Black Pepper

1/2 oz. Cumin

1/2 oz. Thyme

1/2 oz. Oregano

1 t. Allspice

1/2 t. Celery Seed

1 t. Chili Powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and rub on either side of beef ribs. Store in air-tight bag in freezer until use.
