Ingredients

2 Blocks Blue Cheese (You can use just 1 if you don’t want too much cheese.)

2 Packages Cream Cheese

4 tbsp Worcestshire Sauce

4 tbsp Green Olive juice

1/2 jar Green Olives

2% milk (add to desired consistancy)

Preparation

Allow cream cheese to soften to room temperature. In a mixing bowl or in a mixer, add cream cheese and blue cheese with about 1/2 cup of milk. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Add more milk until you get a thick but dip like consistancy. Add worcestshire, green olives and the juice and mix well. Transfer to a tupperware bowl and cover well. For best taste allow dip to age in fridge overnight. Serve with Ruffles, crackers, or vegetables. Enjoy!
