Ingredients

Beef (fist sized)

Duk

2 cloves of garlic

Scallion

1 Egg

Salt & pepper

Preparation

Boil half a pot of water. Add beef. Cook for one minute. Discard water.

Refill pot with water and boil. Add beef. Cook for 30-60min. Remove and slice beef.

Return sliced bef to pot. Add duk, garlic, scallion, egg, and S&P to taste.
