Ingredients

Place in pot

4-5 cups of water

Boullion, Stock, or Water

1 large carrot, diced

2 stocks of celery diced

2 boiling onions

1 russet potato cubed

4-5 stocks of brocolli

Add salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Try adding garlic powder if you didnt use roasted garlic

Cover and cook for 40 minutes; then add;

4-5 chopped leaves of cabbage

Cook for 6 minutes

Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes

Season to liking

Add chopped uncooked pasley for a fresh taste.
