Ingredients
¼ cup butter
½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup slivered almonds
½ cup raisins
6 cups of hot cooked rice
shredded coconut
Preparation
In skillet, melt ¼ cup butter; cook ½ cup chopped onion and ¼ cup slivered almonds till golden. Add ½ cup raisins; heat until plump. Add to 6 cups of hot cooked rice; mix gently. Press mixture into greased mold. Unmold at once on platter. Top with shredded coconut.
