Ingredients
1 leg of lamb
1 stick butter
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup parley
salt
pepper
Preparation
- Poke holes in leg of lamb with knife. Stuff with mixture of butter parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Rub leg of lamb with leftover garlic mixture.
- Bake in oven at 375 for 1 1/2 hours. OR grill on barbecue.
