Ingredients

1 leg of lamb

1 stick butter

3 cloves garlic

1/2 cup parley

salt

pepper

Preparation

  1. Poke holes in leg of lamb with knife. Stuff with mixture of butter parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Rub leg of lamb with leftover garlic mixture.
  3. Bake in oven at 375 for 1 1/2 hours. OR grill on barbecue.
