Ingredients

Sauce:

2 cups cider vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon Tabasco (or to taste)

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 dashes garlic (or to taste)

Preparation

Simmer on stove until hot. I cant give you an exact, because we just make it to order, really. If your short, whip up some more, if you have extra, put it on the leftovers (as the microwave always dries the pork out).

While chopping (or pulling), mix the sauce in. If you have time, let it drain in a dish that has a rack, that way its not sopping wet when it hits the roll. Top it off with a sweet, home made slaw and serve it on your favorite roll (bun) with corn bread and collards and you have one hell of a tasty meal!
