Easy and Delicious Fresh Veggie Salad Bowls
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumber - peeled and cut in half lengthwise than sliced
Celery stalks sliced on angle
Carrot sliced on angle
Red, green and yellow pepper slices
Broccoli florets
Cauliflower florets
Shaved onion
Italian Sausages* - grilled and cut on angle
Lettuce leaves
Italian Dressing
Preparation
Place tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, carrot, peppers, broccoli and cauliflower in a bowl. Coat with Italian Dressing, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.
Line a plate or bowl with fresh, crisp, whole lettuce leaves. Place serving of marinated vegetables in center of lettuce, arrange Italian Sausage on vegetables and top with shaved onion. Sprinkle with fresh dill or parsley. Serve with warm garlic bread slices and favorite dipping sauce for Italian Sausage.
*Grilled steak, chicken, or pork loin can be substituted for Italian Sausage.
