lettuce leaves, if desired

ripe medium pears, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

oz. (1 cup) creamy chicken salad (from deli)

oz. (1/4 cup) crumbled blue cheese

tablespoons chopped smoked almonds

Preparation

Line individual serving plates with lettuce. Arrange pear slices in fan shape over lettuce on each plate.

Spoon 1/2 cup chicken salad onto bottom half of each pear fan. Sprinkle with cheese and almonds.
