Ingredients

1 ½ lbs. ground round or ground chuck

2 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese-softened

1 (16oz) carton French Onion Dip

1 (1.25oz) pkg. taco seasoning

1 (8oz) pkg. grated sharp cheddar cheese

White Corn Tortilla Chips

1-jar salsa,any flavor

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook meat in a large skillet until brown and crumbly. Drain off grease and mix in taco seasoning. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together softened cream cheese and onion dip. Spread mixture into a lightly greased 8x11 baking pan. Top mixture with cooked taco meat. Sprinkle grated cheese over top of meat mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.

Serve warm with white corn tortilla chips and salsa.
