Ingredients

1 package dried onion soup mix

One 8-ounce jar apricot jam

One 8-ounce bottle honey russian dressing

8 pieces of chicken (your preference) or one whole baking chicken cut up

Preparation

Heat oven to 300F.

Mix together soup mix, jam, and dressing.

Dip chicken pieces into mixture.

Place on cookie sheet and bake for 2 hours
