Ingredients

4 pork chops, thick cut

1/4 C brown sugar

1 medium onion, quartered

1 T worcestershire sauce (optional)

28 oz can baked beans with juice

1/4 C barbeque sauce

salt and pepper

Preparation

Heat oven to 350. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper then sear in a hot non-stick pan. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Place seared pork chops in the baking dish.Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the pork chops. Bake for 1 hour uncovered. Beans will be very hot. Let set for about 10 minutes before serving.
