Ingredients
Cake:
1 Butter Yellow Cake Mix
1 cup sour cream
4 beaten eggs
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Frosting:
1 8oz package of cream cheese softened
1 cup butter, softened
1 lb powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup milk or cream
Preparation
Combine all cake ingredients. Pour batter into a greased 13X9 or greased bundt pan. Remove cake when it springs back when touched. Cool cake completely before frosting. Frosting; Combine butter and cream cheese. Add salt and cinnamon. Add sugar a little at a time. Add milk or cream until frosting is the consistency that you prefer.
