Ingredients

1 large bottle favorite BBQ sauce

1 large white onion, thinly sliced

3-4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts

1 tbs flour

Shredded cheese (optional)

Hamburger Rolls to serve

Preparation

Add sliced onions to slow-cooker Add chicken on top Add bottle of BBQ sauce

Cook on high 4hrs, low 6-8hrs

Remove chicken when cooked. Skim any fat off remaining sauce. Whisk in 1tbs flour, put on high for 20 min.

Shred chicken. Add chicken back to sauce. Serve on hamburger rolls with shredded cheese.
