Ingredients
2 lb. beef tenderloin
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 packet Italian salad dressing mix
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon Worcester sauce
Preparation
Combine all ingredients. Pierce tenderloin with several holes to allow absorption.
Marinate in a Ziploc bag 24 hours.
Bake in 425 degree oven until meat thermometer reaches 140 degrees; approximately 45-50 minutes.
