Ingredients

1 lb. roll breakfast suasage

8 eggs

10 slices bread, cubed

3 cups milk

2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

1 10 oz. pkg frozen asparragus, thawed and drained

1 tbsp. margarine or butter

2 tbsp. flour

1 tbsp. dry mustard

2 tsp. dried basil

1 tsp. salt

Preparation

In large skillet, brown sausage; drain. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into greased 13x9 inch baking ban. Cover, refrigerate 8 hrs. or overnight. Preheat over to 350 degrees F. BAke 60-70 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Refrigerate leftovers.
