Ingredients

1 rotisserie chicken

1 bottle blue cheese dressing

1 8 oz. cream cheese

1 small (6oz) bottle of Frank’s RedHot Original sauce (or half of the 12oz bottle…duh)

shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Allow rotisserie chicken to cool. Remove skin and de-bone chicken.

Shred chicken into a separate bowl. Add blue cheese dressing and Frank’s hot sauce (depending on how hot you’d like it.)

Heat oven to 425°.

In an oven safe dish, spread cream cheese along the bottom. Spread chicken mixture over the top and sprinkle with mozzarella. NOTE: Too much cheese will make it hard for dipping.

Cook 20 minutes or until cheese becomes bubbly.
