Ingredients

2 bags vanilla wafer cookies

(We use the Jackson brand )

1 jar of Nutella

1 cup of mascarpone cheese

2 cups hot dark rich expresso

1 bag of sweet coconut

Preparation

Spread half the vanilla wafer cookies with the nutella chocolate hazelnut spread. Spread the other half of the vanilla wafer cookies with Mascarpone cheese. Put the 2 halves together . They will look like little balls. Dip each cookie in the rich dark expresso coffee for about 8 seconds and then roll each cookie in the coconut. Place the cookies on a tray, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Pass the tray and they all will disappear. Enjoy them with friends and family. Touchdown !
