Ingredients

14 graham cracker squares

2/3 c sugar

1/4 c butter

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, cut in quarters

1/2 c sugar

1 tbs lemon juice

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/8 tsp salt

2 eggs

Preparation

Chop crackers in food processor. Add 2 tbsp sugar and butter. Mix well. Press into pie shell. Bake at 325 about 10 min. Allow to cool.

Process cheese until smooth, about 30 sec. With machine running, add remaining ingr thru tube. Pour into pie shell. Bake 25 to 30 min or until set.
