Ingredients
1 graham cracker crust (I use the pre-made ones, but you can make your own)
2 8oz. packages of cream cheese
2 large eggs
1/4-1/2 cup of sugar
1 8 oz. tub of sour cream
Preparation
Heat oven to 325. Beat together cream cheese, eggs, and some sugar (to taste…i usually use about 2 tablespoons). Beat on high for about 3 minutes (or until creamy and there aren’t any lumps). Pour into crust. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, and let cool. Beat together sour cream and sugar to taste. Pour into crust. Bake at 325 for an additional 15-20 minutes. Let cool, and serve!
