Ingredients

1 8 oz pkg of softened cream cheese

2 cups of milk

1/3 cup of chicken broth

2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1/3 cup of butter

3 boneless cubed chicken breast

1 can of mushrooms

1 box of rotini

Preparation

Blend together milk, cheese, and cream cheese until there are no lumps. Add chicken broth. Simmer while you saute the chicken cubes and mushrooms. Saute chicken and mushrooms in butter, salt, garlic, and pepper until chicken is cooked through. Add chicken and mushrooms to sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over cooked rotini and serve.
