Ingredients

3 eggs

1 cup of uncooked rice

2 8 oz chicken breasts

salt

pepper

2 tbsp butter

Preparation

in a pot cook rice according to package in a pan start cooking chicken in a cup or so of water in a separate Large pan scramble all of the eggs

when eggs are cooked turn off the heat. when chicken finishes cooking add to large pan with eggs. when rice is finished add to pan with chicken and eggs and add butter. combine ingredients over medium-high heat and add salt and pepper to taste
