Ingredients

3 grilled chicken breasts

1/4 c. light mayonaise

2 c. red, seedless grapes (sliced in half)

Dill weed to taste

Preparation

Grill chicken on the barbeque, George Foreman or stovetop in advance. Let cool. Mix mayonais, grapes and dill. Let cool overnight or atleast a few hours. Tastes fanastic in whole wheat pita bread. Feel free to experiment by adding walnuts, sliced apple or other herbs.

Note: If you’re going to let the salad sit in the pita for more than a few hours, keep it in a seperate container and fill before consuming.
