Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
1/4 cup Dry white wine
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
salt and freshly ground pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup grated Parmesan (or more to taste)
Preparation
Put the first 5 ingredients in casserole and emulsify. Add chicken breasts and put in refrigerator covered for 30 minutes or more. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken registers 165 degrees. Don’t over cook.
