Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1 1/2lbs)
1/2 tsp paprika
1 package (6.9oz) Rice-A-Roni, chicken flavor
2 Tbs margarine or buttler
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup frozen or canned peas
1/2 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
Preparation
Sprinkle chicken with paprika; set aside saute rice and vermicelli mix in margarine until vermicelli is golden brown add water, chicken, and Special Seasonings bring to a boil cover, reduce heat to med-low simmer 15 min stir in peas and bell pepper cover, simmer 5 min more or until liquid is absorbed and chicken is no longer pink inside let stand 5 min
