Ingredients
2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" strips.
Marinade:
1 tsp. minced ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
If using bamboo skewers soak in water to prevent burning.
Blend marinade ingreadients in a glass bowl. Marinate chicken strips for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
Skewer chicken strips and grill on hot grill until cooked through.
Serve with peanut sauce.
