Ingredients

2.5 pounds ground beef

1.5 large onions, chopped

2 green bell peppers, chopped

3 tablespoons chili powder

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can diced tomatoes w/green chili

1 can diced tomatoes w/onion

1 can mexican style stewed tomatoes

1 can tomato paste

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon marjoram

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1 large can Hunts chili beans

2 cans Bush chili beans

2 large cans dark red kidney beans, drained

Preparation

Cook first 3 ingredients in a large pot until meat is browned, cumbling meat as it cooks. Drain off excess fat.

Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.

Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 2 hours.
