Ingredients
1/2 tablespoon Butter
6-8 squares dark chocolate (do not use baking chocolate)
Powdered sugar
Creme fraiche
Preparation
Melt the butter, and add chocolate. When chocolate is melted, add powdered sugar to taste–don’t use too much, or you’ll lose the edge of the dark chocolate. Add a generous dollop of creme fraiche, and stir till smooth.
