Ingredients

2 cups crab meat

3/4 cup evaporated milk

1 cup mayonnaise

6 eggs, hard cooked and chopped

1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon onion, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

dash of freshly ground pepper

3 tablespoons butter, melted

3/4 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

Mix crab meat, milk, mayonnaise, eggs, parsley, onion, salt & pepper. Pour into casserole and top with breadcrumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand before serving.

*Mixture will look soupy until baked. Also works well with chicken or shrimp. Can be made ahead, simply ommit topping until just before baking.
