Ingredients

Triscuits (1 box)

Mozzarella (1 ball)

Cherry or Grape Tomatoes

Fresh Basil

Black Pepper

Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation

Lay out Triscuits on a platter. Cut thin pieces off of the fresh mozzarella and place on crackers. Cut tomatoes in half and place one on top of each piece of mozzarella. Cut fresh basil and place on top. Crack black pepper over the platter, and drizzle the balsamic vinegar to taste.
