Ingredients
8-10 small to medium potatoes
2 small cans of cream of celery soup
1/2 yellow onion
fresh chives
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 350 degreese. Peel and slice the potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Put into roasting pan with lid. Pour in the two cans of cream of celery soup. Dice the onion and put into pan with potatoes and soup mix together then top with fresh chopped chives. Bake for 1 hour.
