Two packets cheese and onion crisps
500ml cream
Small bottle capers
Preparation
Spice and salt fish. Place in oven dish
Crush chips. Add cream and grated cheddar (two cups) A few capers. Mix tog. Cover fillets with mix. Place in oven till fish soft.
