Ingredients
3/4 Cup sugar
1 can Eagle Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 can milk
3 whole eggs
3 egg yolks
2 oz. Cream Cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
On stovetop, heat the sugar in a teflon coated fry pan until melted and golden brown. Pour into a pie plate to coat bottom.
In a blender combine the rest of the ingredients and blend for 7 minutes. Pour into the pie plate over the melted sugar. Place pie plate in a water bath and bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes. Invert pie plate on the a serving platter. May serve at room temperature or refrigerate
