Ingredients

1/2 lb fresh handpeeled shrimp.

1 8oz pkg of reg.or low fat spreadable cream cheese.

1/4 tsp.dried dillweed

6 oz red seafood cocktail sauce.

1 tsp Horseradish

Lemon wedge for garnish

Preparation

Mix cream cheese and dill together and spread in a circle in the centre of plate to the width of about 6 inches. Tumble the fresh shrimp over the creamcheese. Mix the cocktail sauce with the Horseradish and nicely spoon over the top of shrimp but NOT totally covering the shrimp. Garnish with a wedge of fresh lemon or a little sprig of fresh Dill. Serve with small vegetable crackers or your favorites but best to keep them small enough for one bite.
