Ingredients
2 C rolled oats
½ C wheat germ
1 C sliced almonds or other nuts (optional)
½ C chocolate chips or chunks
½ C dried cranberries or cherries
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°. Grease 9-square-inch baking pan. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Turn into prepared pan and pat down until firmly packed. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cool to room temperature and cut into bars. Bars can be frozen.
