Ingredients

salmon filets

1 can frozen oj

1/4 t red pepper

Preparation

take your salmon filets and marinate them for about 30 minutes or so in:

1 can of frozen concentrate orange juice (thawed and poured into a ziplock bag) 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. of red pepper flakes. I boil the sauce and serve it over the salmon and also over rice.

Grill and then salt as desired!
