Ingredients
1 med purple onion sliced thin
1 med green zucchini sliced thin
1 med yellow squash sliced thin
1 red pepper sliced thin
1 green pepper sliced thin
1/4 lb fresh green beans (ends removed)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic
3 heaping TBS Mrs Dash
Preparation
Combine olive oil and Mrs. Dash and garlic. Marinate vegetables in mixture from 1 hour up to overnite. Lay vegetables in flat grilling basket crosswise. Grill approx 5 minutes each side.
