Ingredients

3 ripe avocados

1 tomato, diced

Lemon juice to taste

salt

pepper

2-3 garlic cloves, minced

*optional: lemon pepper. I love it!

1 bag tortilla chips

Preparation

Peel and mash the avocados, discarding the pits (of course!). Add lemon juice, salt, pepper (or lemon pepper, if so, then don’t use the salt or pepper), garlic, and tomatoes, and voilà! should be eaten not more than 25 minutes after making. serve with chips.
