Ingredients
2 lbs frozen hash browns
2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
4 dashes Tabasco Sauce
3 scallions, chopped
1 c. diced ham
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. nonfat egg substitute
Preparation
Spread the hash browns evenly in 9X13 pan. In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, Tabasco, scallions, ham, salt and pepper. Spread this on hash browns. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top of the mixture. Then pour the egg substitute over the cheese. BAKE at 350’ for 30-45 minutes.
