Ingredients

1to2 lbs. chicken legs/skinless

2 tbs. lime juice or lemon

1 or 2 tbs. of dry Jerk seasoning.

1 tsp. olive oil.

4 cloves of garlic peeled/crushed

1 green bell pepper/diced

2 small yellow onions/diced

1 tsp. black pepper

1/4 cup reduced sodium soya sauce

1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce.

Preparation

Preheat oven at 350F. or on BBQ grill for best results.

Grease olive oil over large baking pan.

place marinaded chicken on grease pan or BBQ grill.

shake on dry jerk seasoning on chicken/both sides add black pepper optional.

Place in oven and bake for 20 min./ or BBQ grill one side of chicken. (keep a eye on it). If baking you can add a little water if it get dry while baking/ BBQ use a spray bottle to add water while cooking. Turn chicken over to bake other side for 15 to 20 min. until browned and throughly cooked.

Serve with rice/ garden salad/ light potato salad or choice of steamed veg. enjoy!
