Ingredients

1 Pack Lasagna Noodles

4lbs Ground Chuck

1 Large Container Prego Italian Sauce

3lbs Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 Large Container Ricotta Cheese

Italian Seasonings

Preparation

  1. Heat 6 cups of water to Boiling. Add Lasagna Noodles and boil 10 minutes (add 1 tspn of olive oil to prevent sticking). Drain and Rinse
  2. Brown Ground Chuck and Drain
  3. Stir Prego Italian Sauce into Ground Chuck
  4. Season with Oregano Thyme & Basil
  5. In a Deep Dish, Begin to Create Your Layers. A) Start with a layer of Lasagna Noodles B) Then add a layer of beef/sauce mixture C) Then add a layer of Ricotta Cheese D) Finally add a layer of Mozzarella Cheese
  6. Repeat Layering Steps until Complete
  7. Bake Lasagna Uncovered for approximately 45mins to 1 hour on 350 degrees F.
  8. Remove From Oven when Mozzarella if fully melted and beginning to brown.
  9. Let Stand for about 5mins before serving.
