Ingredients
1 box moist lemon cake mix
1 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350
First mix together cake mix, 1 egg, oil until crumbly, reserve 1 cup of the crumbly mixture and set aside. Using a 13x9x2 pan (no need to grease) pat the remaining mixture lightly, try to spread evenly. Bake at 350 for 15 min. Meanwhile beat together cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, and lemon juice until light and smooth. Spread the cheese mixture over the baked layer. Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture on top. Bake again for 15 min. Remove allow to cool. Cut into squares and enjoy.
