Ingredients
2 cups (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
2 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
Preparation
Line 8-inch square baking pan with foil, extending foil 1 inch over ends of pan. Lightly grease foil.
Melt chocolates in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir in condensed milk; add the marshmallows and walnuts, if desired, stirring until combined.
Spread chocolate mixture evenly in prepared baking pan. Score into 2-inch rectangles, triangles, squares or other shapes by cutting halfway through fudge with sharp knife while fudge is still warm.
Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Remove from pan by grasping ends of foil and lifting foil and fudge from pan. Place on cutting board; cut along score lines into desired shapes. Remove and discard foil.
Store fudge in pan, covered with foil or in an airtight container in refrigerator.
